Brief history of Crossroads Pastoral Charge
Crossroads Pastoral Charge officially came to be on July 1, 1987. It was created to service two churches that were in close proximity to each other - St. James' United Church in Goodwood on the Prospect Road and Trinity United Church in Timberlea, formerly on the St. Margaret's Bay Road.
Both churches would share a minister. Each church would maintain its own worship service, boards and committees. Official Board and Charge Board of Session hold periodic combined meetings to keep everyone up-to-date on what was happening within each church and within the Charge itself.
